The CIRSE Annual Congress is the biggest and most longstanding interventional congress in Europe. Since its beginning in 1985 it has become the leading platform for medical professionals with an interest and expertise in interventional radiology wishing to increase and share their knowledge on image-guided minimally invasive therapies.
Today the CIRSE Congress features more than 250 hours of education and science spread out over 4,5 days. lingyuint.The programme is streamlined along the dedicated topic tracks arterial interventions, venous interventions, aortic interventions, interventional oncology, non-vascular interventions, embolisation,  neurointerventions and IR management.

Abstract submission

Abstract submission for CIRSE 2024 will open in January 2024 and end on March 21, 2024.

Guidelines for abstract submission can be found here.

Notifications regarding acceptance or rejection of submitted abstracts will be available by mid-May. All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend CIRSE 2024. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by August 29, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the CIRSE 2024 programme. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Registration needs to be accompanied by the confirmation form, stamped and signed by the head of department.

Holders of a 2024 All-Access Pass can purchase the discounted onsite congress fee in case they wish to attend the in-person congress.

Registration needs to be accompanied by the student confirmation form, a scan or photo of your passport and a one page CV in English.
