会议简介
第四届智能系统、通信与计算机网络国际学术会议（ISCCN 2025）将于2025年2月21-23日在中国南宁隆重召开。会议旨在将“智能系统”“通信”和“计算机网络”等学术领域的学者、专家、研发者、技术人员聚集到一个学术交流的平台，并且提供一个共享科研成果、前沿技术，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和探讨，促进学术成果产业化合作的平台。
大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员参会交流。第四届智能系统、通信与计算机网络国际学术会议（ISCCN 2025）诚邀领域内专家学者参会！
论文出版
本会议所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将于会后由编辑进行最终复审，安排递交至出版社进行出版（以论文集形式），出版后由出版社提交至EI Compendex和SCOPUS检索。

投稿须知
1、AIS平台投稿：请将排版好的论文全文投稿至艾思投稿系统。
2、论文模板请于艾思系统【会议资料】处下载。
3、论文必须是英文稿件，且论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。发表论文的作者需提交全文进行同行评审，只做报告不发表论文的作者只需报名参会并提交摘要以做审核。
4、如投递中文稿件则由组委会审核后安排翻译，具体事项咨询会议老师。
5、审稿流程：本次会议采用先投稿，先送专家评审的方式进行，审稿周期约1-2周。
6. 作者可通过iThenticate或其他查询体统自费查重，否则由文章重复率引起的被拒搞将由作者自行承担责任。涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版，且公布在会议主页。

– About ISCCN 2025 –
2025 4rd International Conference on Intelligent Systems Communications and Computer Networks （ISCCN 2025） will be held in Nanning China from February 21 to 23 2025.
ISCCN is an annual conference providing a yearly platform for delegates and members to present and discuss the latest research and our delegates and members will have many opportunities engage in dialogues about Intelligent Systems Communications and Computer Networks. It also provides new insights and bring together scholars scientists engineers and students from universities and industry all over the world under one roof.

All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results experimental or theoretical not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
