*Students must be currently enrolled in school or a training program. Students must provide a current student ID that clearly indicates their student status or letter from their training director to verify their registration status. If your institution ID does not clearly identify you as a student, please submit a letter from your director.

**An APOS Community Partner can send (1) person to the conference at a discounted rate of $325. The attendee will need to upload a letter verifying that they are a small community based non-profit organization on company letterhead. The attendee does not have to be an APOS member. If you have further questions on if you qualify for the Community Partner rate, email info@apos-society.org.

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel a registration for a partial refund is January 14, 2025. Cancellations made before this date are subject to a $75 service fee. Any cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be received in writing at info@apos-society.org. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
