As the leading convention for women’s health, obstetric and neonatal nurses, the AWHONN Annual Convention helps to advance the nursing profession by providing nurses with critical information and support to help deliver the highest quality care for women and newborns.

The AWHONN convention offers attendees opportunities to discover new ideas, strengthen their knowledge and expand their professional networks. The convention features workshops, educational sessions and symposia that allow attendees to earn continuing nursing education contact hours.

Construct methods of translating diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts into education, research, practice, and leadership globally.

CALL FOR PODIUM AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Submit your proposal now to present a podium session or poster for this event. Convention proposal submissions should be timely, relevant, and evidence-based topics that help achieve the Convention goals to:

Translate new knowledge, trends, and innovation to strengthen and apply evidence-based practice and empower nurses
Create opportunities that foster connections and provide access to resources to enhance professional development
Recognize, integrate, and operationalize the tenants of accountability, belonging, and culture as foundational to the role of the health care professional

Submission Deadline

All submissions for both poster and podium must be completed no later than 11:59 pm (Eastern time) on September 16, 2024. Notifications of the Convention Program Committee selections will be emailed to submitters in December 2024.
