Abstract Guidlines

Authors must create an account with Oxford Abstracts before submitting their abstracts through this submission link.
Best AMS Scientific Paper Prize:
- Authors submitting abstracts related to Musculoskeletal Radiology and keen to be in the running for this prize, must submit by
  15 February 2025, Saturday to qualify.
- The winner will receive complimentary registration for the International Skeletal Society (ISS 2025) Annual Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal (14–19 September 2025) and have to present their paper in person.
All other abstracts must be submitted via the AMS SGCR-WIRES 2025 abstract portal by 31 March 2025, Monday. Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.
Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.
The abstract body text is limited to 300 words. This limit excludes the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.
Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in your abstract.
Upon submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the author’s registered email address.
Authors may revise and resubmit their abstracts until the 31 March 2025, Monday deadline.
If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, please contact enquiry@conectere.com.sg.
The mode of presentation will be decided by the scientific committee during review of abstracts and further details emailed to the authors.

Welcome Message

We are pleased to announce the partnership of Asian Musculoskeletal Society (AMS) 26th Annual Meeting in Singapore, held in conjunction with SGCR-WIRES 2025 (33rd Annual Scientific Meeting Singapore Congress of Radiology and the 15th Workshops in Interventional Radiology Education Singapore) scheduled for 29 to 31 August 2025.

We are planning for an informative and educational Scientific Programme involving subject matter experts from Singapore, Asia and globally. This meeting will see the return of AMS to Singapore, since the inaugural AMS Meeting in 1999 and then again in 2001. It’s been a long journey throughout Asia for AMS in the years in between, touching almost all corners of Asia from Japan to Indonesia to India to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

AMS SGCR-WIRES 2025 will include tracks on Musculoskeletal Radiology, Spine, Trauma and Emergency Radiology, with experts speakers from AMS, Singapore and globally.

There will also be the annual high quality Vascular and Interventional Radiology content from WIRES 2025, chaired this year by Dr Zhuang Kun Da from Singapore General Hospital.

In addition, the conference will include Cardiac Radiology, with updates on the promising use of PCCT in Cardiac Imaging, a Masterclass in GI and GU Radiology by experts from Mayo Clinic (USA) and Singapore, as well sessions for the Radiographers and Radiology Nursing.

An East Asian Summit on Imaging Informatics and AI will showcase the status and development of Imaging Informatics and AI across East Asia, with speakers from all around the region. We will discuss the variation in development of Imaging Informatics skills amongst Radiology across Asia as well as the impact of AI in our daily practice.

The meeting will also feature an extensive and informative Exhibition and Trade Show by our longstanding supporters in the Imaging and AI Industry, without whose help this Annual Meeting cannot be held.

The Annual Meeting will be held at Singapore EXPO, which is in close proximity to Changi Airport via MRT links.

We welcome all who are interested in Radiology to come and join us for what will be an informative and educational Radiology Meeting. We also invite you all to spend a few more days in Singapore to explore and enjoy the unique Singapore blend of cuisine and culture and sights.
